Mrs. Rands grew up in Glendale, Arizona.  Mrs. Rands attended Deseret Sky Junior High, home of the Skyhawks! Mrs. Rands’ favorite teacher was Ms. McKindles, her Reading teacher -–also her favorite subject!!!
