Two of our track Captains were able to attend Captains Academy on March 25th, 2026 at the ALC in Salem. All captains from across the district both High School and Jr. high were able to meet together to learn different lessons on what it means to be a captain. Athletic Directors from High Schools and Jr. highs worked together to cover important topics that will arise on teams and how to help handle them as captains.
Keynote speaker Travis Hansen was able to also speak to the captains and give them great advice. It was a great day!
